Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Archon ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. What Archon Is

Archon is a market intelligence platform that provides data, analytical frameworks, and tools for the Indonesian equities (IDX) and cryptocurrency markets. Archon is a technology and information service — it is not a securities broker, investment advisor, fund manager, or licensed financial service provider under OJK regulations.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, or a guarantee of any investment outcome. All decisions are yours alone.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Platform. By using Archon, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@reaarchon.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts for purposes other than your own use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, mirror, or systematically harvest data from the Platform
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any Platform data or content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass Platform security measures
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indonesian law
Impersonate Archon, Ariev Global, or any other person or entity
Interfere with the operation or availability of the Platform

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Archon offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are presented at the time of purchase and may be updated with prior notice.

All fees are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise indicated. Archon does not currently offer refunds on completed billing periods except where required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, software, design, trademarks, and data compilations are the property of Ariev Global or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform content without express written permission.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Platform (such as portfolio inputs). By submitting it, you grant Archon a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service to you.

8. Third-Party Data

Market data displayed on the Platform is sourced from third parties (including public market feeds and data providers). Archon makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Verify all data independently before making any decision.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Archon does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ariev Global and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any investment losses.

11. Termination

Archon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

Archon may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
